EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
The creations being made according to the measurements of the customer and responding to a personalized request, can neither be refunded nor exchanged.
Sale items are neither returned nor refunded.
RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the label and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If you are eligible for a return, you can send us your package within 48 hours of receipt.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
The customer has 24 hours to cancel the order. After this period, no cancellation or refund of the deposit or the entire payment or other credit note may be required to Sisters G.
